The hotel's rooms were a bit small and dated, with sticky stains on the coffee table and a fridge that didn't work. Nevertheless, the room had a comfortable bed, a nice work desk, and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The upgrade to a double bed instead of the tiny single bed was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel's location is superb, just a few doors away from museums and Leiden University, making it very central and convenient for exploring the city on foot. Situated along the Rapenberg Canal, the ambiance was lovely with modern rooms within an old building.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and had a lovely ensuite shower/bath. The location was very quiet but close to amenities, perfect for a peaceful sleep. The old building was full of charm despite the squeaky floors. However, the two single beds pushed together kept separating, which was a bit inconvenient.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming hotel. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet street yet close to all the amenities you could need. The rooms, despite being in an old building with squeaky floors, were full of charm and had a beautiful shower. The breakfast was delicious, but I have to admit the dust and spider nets in the room were a bit of a letdown.
